The Enforsys CADShare™ System enables participating data sharing police agencies to share computer-aided dispatch information to a CJIS-compliant secure database, and then query that database from within their own CAD/RMS System.
This is how it works: specific CAD data is published from each participating agency. This includes information created when the call is opened, any changes to the status on the open incident, and information about the closing of the incident.
Users Can query the CADshare database from within their PoliSys CAD/RMS System using the same query interface that they used to query their own system.
Examples
A user needs to know if a party to an incident in their town has been involved in any incidents in an adjoining town.
Control
Departments can set up procedures to prevent certain calls from being published.
Security
All data resides in the highly secure AzureGov cloud environment.
