Enforsys enables multi-channel access for customers to request help: by phone; by email; and by customer portal. They receive updates on problem status and escalation. Support personnel work down the hall from developers and can access assistance at any time in addressing issues.

Our remote access software used to access customer systems is fully encrypted and does not require access to RDP ports and requires two-factor authentication. All sessions are logged for audit purposes.
