We are a major software solution provider of computer-aided dispatch, records management, GIS mapping and mobile data sharing systems for police, fire and emergency service agencies.

CEO
Gerard J. Britton
As C.E.O., Gerard is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Company. Prior to Enforsys, Gerard held a variety of executive roles in the fraud, investigations and electronic discovery industries, focusing on technical solutions to complex challenges. He was also Of Counsel at the New York office of Constantine Cannon LLP. He has 15 years experience in law enforcement, as the head of the Insurance Fraud Unit in the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and as a Deputy Bureau Chief in the Office of the Kings County District Attorney. He has served as a Special Prosecutor in both New York and New Jersey. Gerard has a J.D. from New York Law School, an M.S. from Utica College, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the City University of New York. He also holds a certificate in Cybersecurity (Managing Risk in the Information Age) from Harvard University.
Director of Operations
Monica Laielli
Monica has been an Enforsys employee since 2005. Monica directs company operations, including customer support, releases, development, quality assurance testing and projects. She maintains contact with customers on regular basis for updates and continued training in new aspects of software and advanced use of their current software. Monica has worked in the police software industry since 1998 in all aspects of the industry, including development of software, sales, software testing, implementations and training of clients and customer support. She is proficient in C/C++, Visual Basic, and SQL.
Manager, Technical Support Services
John Zeller
John handles client support issues: everything from quick how-to questions to emergency resolutions and major issues. He joined Enforsys in 2013. John earned double Bachelors degrees in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. He has deep expertise in SQL database administration, and holds a number of information technology certifications.
Customer Relationship Manager
David Dolan
David has been employed with Enforsys since 2015. David has over 26 years of experience in law enforcement, fire and EMS as a public safety telecommunicator, firefighter and emergency medical technician. He has over 17 years of experience using the Enforsys system as a customer and as an employee. David was an integral team member in building and developing his police department's Enforsys system. As well as providing a smooth transition to the Enforsys Azure Government Cloud in order to maximize their usage of the Enforces system. David prides himself on customer relations, working with individuals and departments to ensure they are using Enforsys to its fullest potential.

Saeer Butt
Saeer Butt is a 25-year veteran in Law Enforcement technologies and has extensive experience in building highly secure software systems. He is responsible for leading Enforsys’ technology vision and ensuring it aligns with the robust goals and objectives of the company. Before joining Enforsys, Saeer was designing high-availability and scalable mission-critical software solutions for NYC-based bank. He has a Masters in CIS and a Masters in Finance, along with multiple Microsoft certifications and has attended various CISO workshops and seminars.
Lead Data Analyst
Aparna Dharane
Aparna is Lead Data Analyst. She is skilled in SQL, ETL, data conversion and data visualization. She guides customers in transforming data into actionable insights for informed decision-making. Aparna holds a B.S. degree in information technology, and she has completed post-graduate work in Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning at the the University of Austin, Texas.
